General Terms and Conditions for Reservations and Events

Note:

These General Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to reservations and events. They do not apply to the sale of goods via an online shop.

1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all reservations, bookings, and the acquisition of additional services (e.g., food, beverages, or packages) in connection with events organized by Bierfabrik Höhn.

3. Reservations

Reservations for events (e.g., seats at the beer festival) can be made via our website.

A reservation only becomes binding when:
 • the booking process is complete and
 • you have received a confirmation via email

4. Services

The scope of services is based on the respective description on the website at the time of booking.

Additional services (e.g., beverage packages or food) are only included to the extent specified.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices are quoted in Euros.

If fee-based additional services are booked, payment will be made using the payment methods offered during the booking process.

6. Cancellation by Customers

Reservations can generally be canceled free of charge, provided no fee-based additional services have been booked.

For fee-based services, the following applies:
 • Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 48 hours before the start of the event
 • In case of later cancellation or no-show, there is no right to a refund

Note on the Right of Withdrawal:

For contracts for the provision of services in connection with leisure activities (e.g., events), there is no right of withdrawal according to § 312g para. 2 no. 9 BGB (German Civil Code).

7. Cancellation or Change by the Organizer

Bierfabrik Höhn reserves the right to cancel or change events for important reasons (e.g., organizational reasons or force majeure).

In this case, amounts already paid for services not rendered will be refunded.

Further claims are excluded.

8. Conduct on Site

Instructions from the staff must be followed.

In case of gross misconduct or endangering other guests, we reserve the right to exclude individuals from the event.

In this case, there is no right to a refund.

9. Liability

The liability of Bierfabrik Höhn is limited to intent and gross negligence.

For simple negligence, we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations).

The statutory liability provisions remain unaffected in all other respects.

10. Protection of Minors

The statutory provisions of the Youth Protection Act apply.

The serving of alcoholic beverages is only permitted within the framework of legal regulations.

11. Data Protection

Information on the processing of personal data can be found in our data protection policy.

12. Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.

Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
